Why CMIS:
I was particularly attracted (surprise, surprise) to the emphasis placed on arts education. CMIS values the arts and supports the teaching thereof with an enthusiasm typically reserved for purely academic disciplines. In short, they take it as seriously as I do, and that's a rare thing.
