This weekend, CMIS staff have been cleaning and sanitizing our campus in preparation to welcome our students and staff back. See you on Monday morning!During this time of online learning and working, CMIS has continued to adapt and grow to meet the needs of our community. Last week, Elementary School staff members hosted virtual Open Houses for the incoming 2021-2022 Preschool and Kindergarten classes. We are so thankful to all who joined the fun!It has been a great first day back to on campus learning at CMIS! We are so thankful we get to end the year together.Back in March we shared some of the works of the studio art students for the project: 30-day-challenge. Their teacher, Miss Manon designed a table to exhibit these works and the carpenters did an amazing job building it. It can be viewed in the red sala as a mini-exhibition.
- Miss ManonAfter having the opportunity to visit the BK Kee Patient House earlier this year, an Interact member bonded with one of the patients and was able to learn about each other’s interests despite the language barrier. Having heard the patient was passionate about music and hearing about how he wanted to learn to play the guitar, our Interact member decided to give his personal guitar to his new acquaintance. We look forward to when they will be able to play together on our next visit.
