Dr. Satterfield is from Texas and has taught at CMIS since 2011. Prior to coming to Thailand, he taught history and English in Dallas before deciding to attend law school. Afterwards, he worked in a law office until he decided to serve in Thailand as a Presbyterian Mission Volunteer with the CCT. Under the CCT, he led a pilot project to develop English programs for their schools and later became the program's administrator in the CCT’s education office supervising English instruction, training, and curriculum. He now teaches English as well as AP Seminar and AP Research at CMIS.
