The library was buzzing after school on Monday with the Reading Buddies after-school activity. High school students from grades 9 and 10 have volunteered their time to "buddy up" with elementary school students from kindergarten and grades one and two. Students started the session by getting to know each other, filling out their "Buddy Books" before reading to one another. We are all excited to spend our Mondays with some great books.
