Grade 2 visited Shinawatra Thai Silk to learn more about the silkworm life cycle and the process of making silk. Students were able to observe silkworms at each stage in their life cycle and then compared these stages to the mealworm life cycle studied in class. Students also got the chance to observe how silk is made into clothes and various accessories.
