CMIS Cares

Firefighter Fuel

CMIS is honored to play a part in delivering supplies from our community to frontline volunteers and firefighters across Northern Thailand.

In the mountains surrounding Chiang Mai, brave firefighters and local volunteers have been working tirelessly around the clock to contain hotspots and protect both our environment and our health from hazardous smoke that has replaced the fresh air we rely on each day. This year, the pollution has persisted well into late April, and their work is far from over. The situation continues to impact people across Northern Thailand, affecting both physical health and community morale.

In response, our school launched the CMIS Cares: Firefighter Fuel initiative to support these everyday heroes.

We hope these humble efforts help ease the burden, restore energy, and uplift the spirits of those on the frontlines. From all of us at CMIS, thank you for keeping our communities safe. This is a small way we can give back as residents.

“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” — Psalm 46:1
