CMISCourse Description
This course covers the basics of public speaking from a theatrical/performing arts perspective. It reviews and reinforces the skills covered in Speech & Drama 6 and builds on them for non-theatrical applications (like job interviews, academic presentations, etc). Students will practice their analytical skills on difficult dramatic texts and will draw on their knowledge of stagecraft and voice to bring them to life in a live performance.
