A variety of sports at various levels of competition is offered to students in all grades. Our desire is for students to have an opportunity to sample many different competitive and recreational sports, and to be encouraged to develop their own specific athletic talents for a lifetime of fitness activities.
We are a founding member of the Chiang Mai Athletic Conference (CMAC) and have endeavored to organize our sporting year to coincide with the schedules of other international schools, as well as to meet the range of needs and interests of our students. The other CMAC schools are:
- American Pacific International School (APIS)
- Chiang Mai German Christian School (CDSC)
- Grace International School (GIS)
- Lanna International School of Thailand (LIST)
- Nakorn-Payap International School (NIS)
- Prem Tinsulanonda Center for International Learning (Prem)
Our program for most sports consists of scheduled games and tournaments with the schools of CMAC, but there are also certain sports for which games and tournaments are scheduled with non-CMAC member schools.
